Brimstone Love is part of Marvel's wider X-Men universe.
He is a red-headed demonic sadist who curates his Theater of Pain and he enlists La Lunatica to tele-record peoples' suffering and sells it on to others. He really is a nasty comic character. Oh, he can also summon magma.
I wonder what Major Matt Mason would have made of him?
He was released in 1995 as a plastic figure by Toy Biz. I never saw Mr. Love at any boot sale but always looked out for the red horned chap.

What a great name for a villain. He's got all the bad guy looks going on as well. You're spot lighting some Marvel characters I didn't even know existed, Woodsy. I must've lost track of growing number of action figures from the mid-eighties onwards :)
ReplyDeleteTa Tone. Not really strict Moonbase space toys but I just like talking about action figures. Always did. I had loads at one time and my faves were Secret Wars. I was able to find quite a few at Car Boots. Great fun. I'll be 'spotlighting' a few more figures I never found this winter to keep Brimstone Love company!
