EAGLE'S DEEP SPACE MODEL ROCKET

Since Lewis P. Morley remembers the Eagle models here's the one he probably used on his mother's clothes line in his garden.

  1. I remember Jetex rockets and fuel pellets.
A mate of mine was lighting the pellet for the rocket engine of his lovingly crafted rocket glider, made from balsa wood, when the match flame caught the highly flammable 'dope' soaked wing material and "WHOOF !", the entire thing went up in flames and was a useless burnt out plane skeleton, before it had ever flown. Tragic !
    Mish.
