I noticed the little black camera bottom right here.
It rang so many bells but I just don't know where I've seen it.
The page is from an old Spanish catalog showing MOLTO toys from 1969.
Do you recognise the camera?

I've also remembered a similar gadget with the same type of silver lines, the James Bond Code-O-Matic by Multiple Toymakers. here's one I saw online.
It reminds me either of a water pistol camera or the Mattel Agent Zero M camera which transforms into a pistol. There's a YouTube clip of it, but I can't paste the URL here..
