ED VALIGURSKY'S MEN

I always like to see Ed Valigursky's book covers.

In particular I like his men of the future, which I've mentioned before years ago.

I've just noticed that these red-shirted chaps in Philip K. Dick's Eye in the Sky remind me greatly of Captain Kirk of Star Trek fame.

Maybe the Search for Spock?

What do you think?

  1. The Aquabats did an album "Vs the floating eye of death" and an entire episode of their supershow also titled "floating eye of death", hilarious!- Mark J Southcoast Base

    1. Cheers mark! I'll check them out. Thanks for the links. I suppose the flying eye gets everywhere as a symbol. Sauron comes to mind. My fave eyeball is winged walking one that Rick Griffin drew. He was the cover artists for the Grateful Dead. I loved hos winged eyeballs!
