MAFEX 2001 ASTRONAUT

As I'm on a 2001 roll, here's some photos I took earlier this year of  my red Mafex 2001 Astronaut    anachronistically appearing with TMA-0.




 I really like this model, its nicely  detailed, although for some reason the badge insignia says Clavius  Base rather than Discovery. But, I'll forgive that as it wasn't too expensive when I bought it.

    Simply monolithic that Scoop! Great shots and obviuosly an excellent release of the figure and suit. I like the pose of the gorilla too! Very thoughtful!

      Thanks Woodsy.As I didn't have an apeman figure I thought the gorilla is a similar scale so I took a bit of artistic licence
