DAN DARE
Further to toys being used under a new identity,
these images are small and off the web. I don't own any of these:
1 and 2 show the Mettoy Giro Dan Dare Spaceship
three shows the Mettoy RAF Fighter version
4 shows the civilian space ship version
5 shows the soviet version using the old tooling
Addendum:
The Dan Dare version may have been advertised in early copies of Eagle comics. That version had a flint inside that sent sparks into the plastic canopy midway down the back.
That was left off the RAF version as it usually failed to work. I remember someone having one of these, they weren't a very impressive toy as the impression was the toy was going to explode internally!

They look great Terranova. A classic design from the golden age. I imagine its swallow-like looks influenced many toys. Thanks for sharing.
