MYSTERY FIGURE QUIZ


OK, its been ages since we had a quiz/ comp readers.

Simple one this.

Name the action figure above. 

Just his face shown for extra brainache.

Here's a second smaller portrait.

Because of premature toys, apart from the names of the vehicles, the toys and figures were not connected to what appeared in the cartoon.

    Hmmm tough one. Looking at the orange molded body seems to show the top of a suit, perhaps a cowboy outfit. The head reminds me a bit of the one on MAC Men but appears to have been kind of thickly painted plus the detailed chest rules them out.

    I'm going to have to go with either a bootleg figure or model kit. The orange plastic is really throwing me off.

    So, this is probably a wrong guess but let's go obscure and say bootleg Revell model of George Harrison.

    Looks 'sporty' to me.
    A table football figure maybe, or a 'Subuteo' of former England captain, Bobby Moore ?

      Agreed. With that clue, it is Jayce. I'm guessing Herc and Gillian are the two mates and we're considering Oon and Flora as supporting characters.

      Mark and Lance - bang on! Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors it is. This fifure was part of the Lightning League. I've never seen any in the flesh but saw this fella on Ebay! Well done guys! A toughie. Until next time!
