  1. When we started, the so-called "professional broadcasters" said we would not last three months, as it what we were doing was not viable! Those of us who were there at the very beginning, still chuckle over how wrong they were.

And eighteen years down the line we even have our own version of the 'Hairy Bikers' with a show that is just as entertaining and FAB.

So on behalf of the station, thank you guys, here's to the next 18 years...

  2. Congratulations Bill and all the good people at Celtica Radio for adding a whole new dimension to SWORD. May there lie many a prosperous year ahead!

Love the photorealistic take on our two Swordcasters! That's just how I imagine them when listening to Swordcasts, easygoing happy banter by the beer. Cheers!

  4. You guys are most welcome! - I have to say, both your writing skills are exceptional, and the chemistry between you is something very rare that you don't often get on the radio.

Very shortly we'll be starting preparations for our twentieth anniversary [yes it'll take that long because its going to be a whopper!] - and needless to say the SWORDcast, together with Squaring the Circle and a few other shows that are directly as a result of Celtica Radio coming on-line will be the focus of attention.

Just like Century 21, we're an organisation that looks forward to the future.

    1. The twentieth birthday sounds like it'll be superb Bill! It'll be a blast being part of it.

      ... and then it'll be 21! Celtica 21!
