ITALPARK SPACE RIDES

For the last ten years we have featured space rides at fun fairs and amusement parks.

For instance in 2016 Scoop found a SHADO Interceptor

Even further back in 2010 reader John Swan found a Lunar Climber ride no less!

So its only right that we've got some new space rides on Moonbase.

I was chuffed when I saw these online images and a bit of video of some really neat space rides at the old Italpark, Buenos Aires in Argentina.

Which vehicles do you recognise?

Sadly I don't think Italpak is open anymore, another park left abandoned to the long grass.

I'd love to rescue those space vehicles!

Would you?

  1. thats an amazing ride, I love the Corgi Lunar Bug clone and the Marx Hill Climbing Moon Grabber rides! Theres a Lunar Rover on the inner circle and several japanese anime styled vehicles including a Ghidorak saucer.

    1. It is an amazing thing Bill I agree. You've spotted so many iconic vehicles! Checking the pictures of all the different rides we've covered they all look similar with the Interceptor and Lunar Climber. I wonder if one company sold these roundabouts around the world?
