THE SPINDRIFT AT NIGHT


Hi,

Started reading the Land of the Giants TV tie in novels. In the first one, Spindrift is prepped for launch at night. Decided to see if I could recreate that. This is what I managed.

    Looks serene that Kev. Have you illuminated the Spindrift from the inside? Was it hard to achieve?

    Thanks. Yep, I put a couple of LEDs in the model and fitted a battery clip and a switch. The hardest part is making a little door in the bottom so that you can change batteries. I've done it with quite a few models
