Its that eggy time of year where hope springs eternal and yeastery eastery bunny folk dip their bread into the bright yolk of better times ahead.
So how do you like your breakfast eggs readers?
Poached? Boiled? Fried? Scrambled? Tex-Mex? Devilled? Benedict? Florentine?
Have you any interesting egg cups and saucers? Maybe even Gerry Anderson ones?
What's it going to be at your house this Easter?
Fried, then added some water and covered with lid. Toast bread with butter
ReplyDeleteYummy! Coffee too Ran?
ReplyDeleteLight coffe with milk + sugar, at home
DeleteAt office only black coffe
Just had my third coffee of the morning Ran. I am starting to feel human!
DeleteWe have what's called a Denver or Western Omlette, with diced onion, peppers, and ham.You can have it on an Italian roll as a sandwich if you like.Mom's traditional Easter dinner is baked Ham,Boiled Shrimp, and homemade Potato Salad.Usually Baked Beans and Dinner Rolls are on the side.
ReplyDeleteIt all sounds super Brian. I think I'd love the food in your life. Ham and shrimp is a combo I've never had. Is that on Easter Sunday?
DeleteYes it is.I would say Ham and Shrimp is a combination of my late father's love for Ham, and my mother's love of seafood.I guess it's another version of "Surf & Turf",which is usually Steak with Lobster.
