This caught my eye on an online auction.
Its a Billy Blastoff Space Base set by a Spanish company called NACORAL.
Its even manufactured in Spain.
The name Billy Bastoff has the small R next to it for Registered design so I presume Nacoral were in league with Eldon.
The Nacoral set has a different colour schome to Eldon's original.
Eldon sets also appear on Spanish auctions sites its likely that both brands were available in the Sixties in Spain.
Has anyone got any info about Nacoral and Billy B?

ReplyDeleteIt looks great I agree Zigg. Billy B was one of my fave toys and I had different sets. The frogman was just ace when I was in the bath! He was a world-wide hit and toys surfaced in Japan and judging by the Nacoral toy Spain too. In mexico he was called Capitan Boy as well, a name I really like. Captain Boy!
