I know what you mean Arto, it looks massive. is it possible that Derek Meddings saw one if these toys or is it more likely he saw the actual plane perhaps somehow?
That was a fun video Woodsy. For the life of me I don't recall seeing it on TV but then there so many toys, so many commercials back then (and now as well). But it was great to watch!
Arto, I have two of these and they are the bulkiest aircraft in the collection, and awesome toys! My old Tim Mee Toy/Processed Plastic C-130 hercules would have been a close second.
I do love old toy commercials and You Tube is a treasure trove for them Ed. I could search for hours just watching TV ads on there! You have a superb collection of toys Ed!

The toy itself is huge! So much bigger than I thought.
