It's being organised by a group of enthusiastic fans who are putting together a really nice package, with tickets due to go on sale any day now,

Four guests have been announced so far, but more have been contacted so that number could well change.

The lovely Ayshea Brough has agreed to appear. She played Shado Technician, Lieutenant Johnson.

Keith Alexander  has also been confirmed. He played Shado Technician and Communications man, Keith Ford.

Last, but certainly not least is writer Ruric Powell who wrote the episodes,  Conflict and The Dalotek Affair. This will be Ruric's first appearance at a UK convention.

  1. Looks uforic that Scoop. I've actually seen quite a few UFO episodes and I still think it Stands the test of time. I always thought it would have made a great movie if C21 had continued. Looks like a grand day out in Derby!

    1. I'm sure it'll be a super day, Woodsy. Over the years I've been to quite a few one day events, the last one being Smallspace organised by Matt Irvine. I think the earliest was a Chris Leach (remember him?) organised one day Anderpup event in High Wycombe.

    2. I know of him and have a few copies of Anderpup. There's a fascinating report in one of them about his observations at the first Fandercon organised by the newly formed Fanderson, which I think he wants to merge Anderpup with. Quite fascinating for me to read about those pioneering days. I have a feeling you were at that first Fandercon Scoop. The Griffin Hotel in Leeds I think. Is that right?

    3. The first Fanderson was at the Dragonara Hotel in Leeds, Woodsy, and I've got great memories of it. Got to know Chris through some Anderpup flyers he left at that event .Haven't heard from him for many years, but a nice fella and very enthusiastic about all things Anderson.

Its the very plush Hilton Hotel now, which I must pass once every few months! You should write a book Scoop.
