If oil is made of fossils like plants and dinosaurs and plastic is made from oil then are plastic toy dinosaurs made of real dinosaurs?

Whoosh!

In a bizarre twist in the tale, I read on the New Scientist site that plankton has been filmed eating plastic in the sea!
