Hi,
I have been sanding for days and days and have more or less got the shape of the fuselage now. I have added tail fins and canards made from plasticard.
My plan is to have removeable undercarriage on this one so that I can have it in flight mode or landed.
The wheels will fit into holes on the underside. I have made them from brass rod, plastic strips and beads for the tyres.

ReplyDeleteEspecially compared to all those lumps of putty in the previous pics, which looked rather daunting to me. :) Also most illuminating to see how these masterpieces are actually built. Most curious to see the finished result.
