These are pictures I found on a Japanese auction site of the mini die-cast Scramble Bug by Imai.
Each bug came in its own clear plastic box typical of the Imai/ Edai Grip ranges.
Six bugs were packed into a yellow carton, which I assume was for wholesale going out to model and toy shops.
Has anyone got this small die-cast Bug?
Lots of nostalgia there... this was part of the first-ever Blog exclusive, more than seven years ago. Time flies as they say, doesn't it Woodsy
ReplyDeleteAre you sure they were die casts, Woodsy? The firms tended to do a lot of plastic kits.
ReplyDeleteDeffo die cast Andy. I got one. It's an odd thing for Imai to do I always felt, although they did issue a plastic bug as part of their ufo kits.
