Funny you should ask! Today is Mothers Day and I decided a little Surf & Turf dinner for mom would be in order.I bought Some prime cuts or beef and visited a fish shop for some freshly made crabcakes. I made some butter and chive stuffed potatoes and made a batch of coleslaw and took the whole mess to mom's for an early afternoon meal.Just got back home from a pleasant afternoon of food and conversation with the family unit,belly full of food and headful of good memories.
