I bought that after hearing about it from Hugh Maverick, and it's actually a pretty good read overall. As Hugh pointed out, it does rather focus on the people who became (very) successful, but that was to be expected. I liked it for the very good sense of background and atmosphere it gives, and did find a few tiny facts (of rather tangential interest) that were nice to know.
