CAR WARS

As it's Star Wars day today, here's a photo of the amiable Dave Prowse, who towered over a rather awe struck  Yours Truly. The photo was taken by my mate, Andy Kerr  at a Cult TV festival at Hemsby around ten years ago.



In spite of his cult Star Wars status, especially with UK fans, Dave's favourite role was as the Green Cross Code Man, the costumed superhero promoting road safety.
