Yes, it does Andy! ha ha. I've just read that the show was still called Captain Scarlet on Japanese TV. Virtually all the other names were translated except the Cap's. There's an interesting take on this over at Spectrum Headquarters' site http://www.spectrum-headquarters.com/japanese_names.htm
