These cool Tanks, above, appeared in Captain Scarlet, TV21, Feb 10th 2068. I'm unsure of the artist but they do remind of the Project SWORD Hover Tank, which I think Eric Eden developed in different issues such as this rendition from the 1966 Summer Special below.
The artist of the first page (Captain Scarlet) is Mike Noble.
