OK, its the final lap for making my Photonic Space Stations Marks 3 and 4. I think I've glued together every small item in the house! The finishing touches are:
cutting racing stripes from sticky coloured labels...
sticking them round the body...
adding a simple blue decal....
gluing on the fly swatter solar panels...
strengthening the collar of the funnel radar antenna
gluing the silver solar panels to the Mark 3 version too
[grapes shipped in to keep me going!]
and that's it! Blimey! Can't believe its all done!
The big reveal will be in an hour at 8pm BST! Don't hold your breath!
