Back in the day I had loads of rubber insects and animals. Snakes, whales, fish, centipedes and crabs. But my favourites were large and miniature flies and soft rubber frogs. I can smell that niffy rubber now!
I had a few, snakes and spiders that were on elastic. I also had a monster that was made of some clammy, slimy rubber that I hated touching! Probably toxic.
I think we had the odd rubber beastie. But nothing compared to the swarms of Creepy Crawlers we produced with our fabulous Thingmaker set! Which definitely had a distinct smell all of their own too. :)
