MYSTERY MINI THUNDERBIRDS JET GYRO

I saw this interesting lot on Yahoo Japan this year. It appears to be a conventional mini army set spiced up with a Thunderbirds Jet Gyro! Wonder if they've just been randomly thrown together in a carpet skirmish? Anyone recognise this set?
