In 1966 the greatly talented Eric Eden gave us our first look at the Snow Train in the TV21 Summer Extra. This mega craft went on to feature in both the Project SWORD Annual and its own Make a Model book in 1968. Where, if anywhere, did Eric get inspiration for his amazing vehicle?
How about this readers? In 1954 the Texan heavy vehicle company Le Tourneau built the Snow Train or LCC 1 for the US Army. There are many variations of it and here are a few pictures I've seen on the web. What do you think?
