Moebius Flying Sub by Kevin D



Hi,
I just completed this model kit (I don't do many), of the Flying Sub from 'Voyage To The Bottom of the Sea'. I have always loved this design. This kit is by Moebius and is excellent. I have added the lighting.

    That's a great looking kit, Kev. I really must get round to making mine up, not to mention the 3ft Seaview I've half started.

      Thanks, I had been going to motorize it, but realised that wouldn't work. Now I've picked up a 2 foot fibreglass version to try!

    What scale is that, approximately?
    IIRC there are two versions of that kit... the older big one that got a re-release, and a newer smaller one.

    It's 1/32 scale, just over 30cm long.
