I always leave feedback, unless I'm totally unhappy, which has happened on a couple of occasions. I can think of only a few occasions over the years when I didn't get any. Haven't noticed any drop, though some sellers can take weeks. No idea what other buyers are like, never sold a thing on epay in my life. :) But perhaps newer generations can't be bothered. I have 500+ feedback with a 100% rating, which is more than sufficient to show I'm trustworthy etc, so missing out on one or two doesn't bother me.
My wife has a storefront on eBay, what buyers fail to realize is not leaving feedback can delay the release of funds to the seller. This is a frequent peeve as it often disrupts an otherwise profitable venture.
