A few years back I found this drawing of a Moon Prospector in a German book. I've often wondered whether it originated somewhere else. Well, it did and here it is, courtesy of John Sisson's wondrous Dreams of Space blog. Its from the Planets and Interplanetary Travel How and Why Book from 1967, one which I think I got one Christimas as a kid! Talk about circular motion! Did you have any How and Why books readers?
Wotan Wades in: I've got that book, but mine must be a later/English version, as the stylised Surveyor and Ranger are replaced with accurate drawings and poor Prospector has been left out as it never made it off the drawing board!
