Always a Christmas favourite of mine, I often browse for Billy Blastoff. I recently saw this Billy Blastoff online by Trol of Brazil. He looks like Billy but then he doesn't. His pale face looks like one from a cheap plastic doll. Did his battery pack work I wonder and am I safe to assume that Trol's Billy was unlicensed? If so then they weren't alone. The prolific Lily Ledy of Mexico gave us another Billy, the cute Capitan Boy.
