Here's another Multiple Toymaker re-hash from 1976: 2005 and Beyond. I saw these on Ebay US recently. Clearly re-using their old Golden Astronaut moulds from 6 years earlier, this new range issued pairs of spaceships in new colours. There doesn't appear to a Golden Astronaut figure included. I've never seen them in the flesh. Have you?
Ive got both those sets and im sorry to report that the production quality us much reduced from Spacex heyday. The names are swapped around and details missed off. Space patrol has no engine nacellles and missile launching capability has been removed. Plastic quality is thinner and lighter and build is sadly quite shoddy.
