LOVE MY TENDER TOO

Last week I took possession of a JR21 Airport Crash Tender courtesy of Ebay. I was more excited about this toy than many others I've won in the past. It moves my JR21/ Century 21 collection forward with a big jump but much more than that, its a beautiful toy. Collector Ferryman first treated us to one on the blog, since appearing a number of times as here, posted under the title 'Love My Tender'! I can't quite believe that now I have one too.

I was so chuffed when my own Tender arrived that I thought I'd upgrade it from photo's to film. Made yesterday in the September sunshine I've put together another short movie for your viewing pleasure!

This second flick from 'Moonbase Central Studios' captures the SWORD Saturn V roll-out from the Vehicle Assembly Building and the sneak attack by Rejects* which follows. Set to Barry Gray's Thunderbirds Are go and the Zero-X themes, the music was always going to be the star but anyways, see what you think of it, Cape Kennedy Incident, coming later today.

*Rejects: in TV21, the Rejects were humans who were rejected by Project SWORD for evacuation from a dying Earth. They often teamed up with the Casuals, the Earth's doomed underclass.
