Back in Blighty after my holiday I'm going through my emails. Phew! One is an alert for my favourite toy channel on You Tube, which usually covers Japanese toys, but has this time featured the Project Yankee Doodle Test Centre by Remco from 1960. It looks such a nifty American toy I've blogged it! It was just a bit too early for me to have had one, that's if it was even available in the UK? It appears to fire missiles like Thor, Titan and Atlas! Anyone have one of these beauties?
Yes I have one and it works just like in the video. I obtained mine on Ebay. Mine is missing a couple of the Satellites, thet are available as reproductions as well as a set of stickers.
