Uninvited Nemesis

 Kev Davies has been busy at the workbench this month, besides providing props for the exhibition in Spaceport in Liverpool, hes's also found time to restore and replicate an original Dr Who Cybergun, from the McCoy era episode 'Silver Nemesis'. The original prop (lower model above and below) was in a bad state of repair when kevin acquired it, missing the front nozzle and covered in a sticky yellow residue from degraded silver paint. After having the metal elements rechromed and replacing the nozzle, Kevin recreated the gun from scratch (top model, upper photo).

 Clearly, not a man to let devils find work for his idle hands, he has also produced this stunning scratchbuild of a Thunderbirds 'Zombite' Fighter from the episode 'The Uninvited'.

 This fabulous studio scale model contains elements from two classic kit sources, the F104 Starfighter and the B58 Hustler, a staple of the Century 21 model team in the sixties.
