PIFCO?
When I was a wee one all sorts of plastic stuff was made by a firm called Pifco. Torches, lamps, fans, hairdryers. My Dad's cash and carry warehouse in Preston, Lancs was crammed with Pifco. All the little hardware shops were full of their stuff too. I'm pretty sure they even made a ray gun too! You could say that the Sixties in the UK was the PIFCO decade. Whatever happened to them?

The one i recall looked a bit like a rocket ice lolly, simple flat yellow body with a pea bulb in the nose.
