Gentlemen - Start Your Engines

More from the Century 21 lucky bag, an assortment of motors, all of which seemed to have been sawn out of their respective toys. Sections of the retaining plate for each motor have been included to give you a hint. And if its any consolation, I cant tell what some of them are! the big blue one in the middle and the large square unit and green one next to it on the extreme left all have names on. All the motors and attendant wiring seems to be intact, including pea bulbs and contacts.

  1. I'm gonna go for the obvious.

I reckon the blue one is from Zero X.
The green one could be from the empire made TB2.
The smaller grey one could be from PF1.
The red wheels might be from a fairylite Stingray.

  2. I always disliked having clunky wheels on toy planes and spaceships and I used to try to take the wheels off but would never saw the plastic away. I wonder if others had the same idea but were happy to chop up the toy.

  3. I must admit I did the same, although I'd never chop up the toy. I've still got my original Scout force 1 minus the wheels.
