I have a similar Japanese book from Futabasha with the same title but a different cover picture and in A5 size. I think it a reprint of this and was published in 2006 for the 40th anniversary of Thunderbirds . No Sword. It's mostly the Bandai and Imai Thunderbirds kits from Thunderbirds, Scarlet and Joe 90. 170 pages, great pics but over half the book is just Japanese text. Fascinating section at the back in b&w with pics of magazine adverts, catalogues, drawings of the kits. Rare pics of Tamiya Anderson kits from Joe 90.
Thanks Yorkie. I had one about 15 years ago. I'm sure there was a SWORD section back then - in japanese with a few pics - but I could be dreaming! I am in my Fifties! Does your book have any colour pics of the Imai SWORDised kits like the UFO series with the Moon Crawler and Scramble Bug? Any chance of pics?
