    The very best way to write either of these two sounds is with a pencil. That way you can erase if you're unsure.

    True Philo, consulting StarWars comic books (where all sound effects are written) is no help...with the standard vmmmmmmm and raaaawr...just doesn't do it. Propose Rocket Punch as Master Jedi.
