Wotan is indeed a mighty creature. Is he a robot? I'm unsure. His permanent grin in the face of constant cosmic chaos is an example to us all. I do agree with Andy that the LiS Bot out-trumps Wotan, largely on account of his ability to create stuff out of thin air [or am I getting mixed up with Robby from Forbidden Planet?]
