No, It's Not Time ...

After Hector's House and Barnaby Bear, here's a more spacey puzzle. OK, it's not a jigsaw, but it is an interlocking puzzle. The fourth "D" is for "Details".

The pieces are made of a heavy rubbery material, and the ones in mine seem to have become distorted over time (that other 4th D). They don't fit together that well, as you can see from the third photo.

There was at least one other space-related "4D Puzzle", but I can't recall what it was. The LEM, maybe? Does anyone have it?

I do indeed have the LM and there were three others in the series, the CSM that you have, a Saturn V and an Apollo astronaut. Sadly as we had our house rewired and other work done in December I can't acess them for photos at the moment but will submit some when the house gets sorted out.

  5. Gosh, I had no idea there were four. Thank you, Steve.

I got mine from the local Hobbycraft, that being where I get fabrics and threads. The 4D Puzzle was in the bargain/discount section, so I got it out of curiosity. But I'm pretty sure they didn't have the astronaut.

Is he in fit-together-sections too? I'd very much like to see if you do get the chance to take photos some time, Steve.

  6. I mean I'd very much like to see that astronaut. Sigh. My brain isn't working this morning. Still running version 1.1 wetware.
