You remember the ANT in the 1968 SWORD Annual pictured above? Well here's the real thing shown below! It's hanging from the ceiling in the Mars cafe of the Cradle of Aviation Museum, Mitchel Field, Long Island, USA. The picture is shown with kind permission from it's taker, Gary Agranat. I'm relatively close to this museum geographically…but as a non-driver dependent on public transportation to reach Long Island, it's kind of a slog to get out there (I'd have to take a train to get to a bus to get to a taxi) and I haven't been especially motivated to make the trip before now. But now that I know this is there, I suppose I'm obliged to see it in person!
