Rover the Hills and Far Away

The drawing on the left, with comentary by Russ Vickers, appears to be dated 30th September 1963. I've seen the moon buggy before but can't think which toy it is. Tri-ang?

Newsflash: here's what I had in mind, the beetle-like Johnny Apollo's Space Buggy!

  1. And they seem to be excavating for a cricket-pitch! And expecting a sunny day for the match!!!

'Worapu'...in space cricket, if you whack the ball for six and it leaves moon-orbit, it's counted as a worapu, no ball, but in the event of a draw, the worapu's are counted and the team with most wins!
