Update! Agent Steve of Vintage Thunderbirds Toys alerted me to Dennis Nicholson's wonderful TV21 ads site - colour version of Gem Water Colours in TV21 Issue 39.
Probably should have explained better when I sent this over mate! This is actually one page from issue 41 of TV 21 I had to scan in two parts. The 'ad' part should be at the top and a kid clearly had ago in the 1960s and never sent it off!
