  1. "Loft in Space" and now "Pantsenstein"!
Woodsy, you need your own show!

Thanks for posting the Mod Monster vid, I have never seen those before!

What I LOVE about this site is seeing all the things I would never have believed I missed as a kid and while growing up and had absolutely no idea existed!
I thought I was really on the ball as a kid with the space and monster stuff, and my parents were pretty generous too so I got nearly everything I saw in that line that I liked, but turns out I probably only got my hands on about 5% of what was actually out there!

The Mod Monster does remind me of my Aurora Glow In The Dark Monster Model Kits though. I used to scare my sister to death with them at night and I would pull my hair down into a point on my forehead like Eddie Munster. My name is Eddie too and so it scared her even more hehe!
These days, it's plain old "Eviled"

The animated Frankenstein is a total hoot...I wish Tony Hart had replaced that "Morph" character with him!

    Cheers for the post Woodsy!

  2. Agreed ... the animated Frankie is marvellous! Thanks for that, Woodsy.

And I have been wondering about your name, eviled. Now it all falls into place ^_^

  3. Good isn't it?
I like the very last few seconds where he had disappeared into the draw and then his green hand comes out and gives (what looks like to me anyway) a little wave!

"Philosophic Toad"...is one allowed to ask where that name comes from?

  4. eviled (I never know whether or not to capitalise your name ^_^):

My name comes from the title of a poem by a Scottish write named William Souter. You can read it here:

In my own case, it wasn't right and wrong which so preoccupied me, but the search for a way to cope with a terrible unhappiness. I have spent decades in which I did little more with my spare time than pursue that search. I feel I know every damn philosophy, religion and psychology humans have come up with ... and none of it works (;_;)

It is only in recent months that I have been able to abandon that search and actually do and enjoy things despite the unhappiness. But I use the name as a self-deprecating laugh at myself.

Hope that makes all clear ^_^
