pics courtesy of EbayI've liked the look of this unlicensed 1970's UFO Missile Tank for years. Not only does it have a UFO Interceptor and a SID on the box, there's a brilliant little illustration of the far less well-known Moon Crawler in the bottom left-hand corner, as pictured in a double-spread a few years before in the Project SWORD 1967 Annual. The tank is pretty cool too with its big orange radar and four red rockets. Anyone actually own one of these beauties?
i had an unboxed yellow one years ago - all ive got left now are the rockets!
ReplyDeleteYes, I have one of the UFO Missile Tank with box. This is The Hardest UFO item to find on EARTH! Won it on 04/02/07 (eBay). They are very rare to have even with out the box. If you were a fan of UFO (Gary Anderson first people show 1970) this would be a MUST have item. FYI - It came with 6 missiles and it runs on two C batteries. I have only seen 3 offer on ebay in 7 years.

I have one of these in near mint condition (some wear to box) rockets still in sealed bag ! I picked it up at a general auction a few years ago amongst a lot of airfix models. I am looking to sell for sensible offers
