I remember Poundstretcher selling off DC Comics Super Heroes in the 90's. I can still see a huge pile of boxed Joker Mobiles. I bought one of each, which I later flogged. Wish I'd bought more and wish I'd not flogged my set! Regrets, regrets, the collector's woe.WOODSYhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13456645970983569001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156181044707591026.post-50469344996033948192015-06-14T11:48:26.229+01:002015-06-14T11:48:26.229+01:00I've still got my Super Powers Superman figure...I've still got my Super Powers Superman figure (#1) and the subsequent versions looked exactly the same. However, I don't know if they had the Power Action Punch effect as I never bought any of the later ones.Kidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07224781868125924337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156181044707591026.post-53210655698463048842015-06-14T09:37:37.383+01:002015-06-14T09:37:37.383+01:00That's it Bill! I think the Hawkman is my favourite from the line. In 1989 Toy Biz released the DC Comics Super Heroes action figures on the back of their Batman movie figs. Inspired by Kenner's Super Powers I think the Superman was pretty similar too. I don't have either now so maybe a reader can tell us if the two Supe's are the more or less the same.WOODSYhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13456645970983569001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156181044707591026.post-37703210817341706262015-06-14T09:25:00.504+01:002015-06-14T09:25:00.504+01:00Not really my area, but ill try N01, Kenner Super ...Not really my area, but ill try N01, Kenner Super Powers line?WOTANhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09284353991724011392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156181044707591026.post-41187126779943180702015-06-14T09:07:22.572+01:002015-06-14T09:07:22.572+01:00Glad you like the quizzes. keeps the old grey matt...Glad you like the quizzes. keeps the old grey matter ticking at this end just putting 'em together! As for number 5 Supe, you got it! Kryptontastic! Mego Comic Super Heroes with the bent knees. Not to be confused with...oops, nearly said it! Yep, the Fortress of Solitude, now that's a toy. I've only ever seen it at a toy fair. I had the exploding Batman bridge Set a few years back, which was neat. I'd love to see Wonder Woman's Invisible Jet, which sounds daft just saying it! ha haWOODSYhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13456645970983569001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156181044707591026.post-16422645511726780612015-06-14T02:21:37.155+01:002015-06-14T02:21:37.155+01:00Woodsy, your quizzes have been better than ever la...Woodsy, your quizzes have been better than ever lately.I'm going for #5 since I still own one .That's a Mego Comic Action Heroes Superman. Its a shame I didn't retain the Fortress of Solitude that it came with.Briannoreply@blogger.com
