The artwork is from the fi...Well spotted Mr Woodsy. The artwork is from the film poster for Salt in the Wound, a 1969 Italian film, starring Klaus Kinski and George Hilton. I just have no idea about the toy tank. It somewhat resembles the post-WW2 US M42 Duster, a twin 40mm self-propelled anti-aircraft gun, but with only three road wheels per side. The side of the box says Battery Operated Panther Tank -which was a WW2 German vehicle.
