Also features the planet Mimban, which turned up in the film Solo. Stars End was a cracking book, the first of a trilogy, followed by Revenge and then HS and the Lost Legacy. Lando Calrissian also starred in a trilogy of books by a different author, but much less well written. Brian Daley also wrote the Star Wars Radio Series, which expand greatly on the original trilogy backstory. Sadly, Brian Daley passed away quite recently.WOTANhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09284353991724011392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156181044707591026.post-24275968929275901432021-05-04T17:31:03.666+01:002021-05-04T17:31:03.666+01:00Cover art on Stars End is by Wayne Douglas Barlow,...Cover art on Stars End is by Wayne Douglas Barlow, who did the excellent Filed Guide to Extra Terrestrials and did the creature design on AvatarWOTANhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09284353991724011392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156181044707591026.post-84646346861461196712021-05-04T17:29:30.590+01:002021-05-04T17:29:30.590+01:00Splinter was an Alan Dean Foster novel, sat betwee...Splinter was an Alan Dean Foster novel, sat between the release of ep 4 and 5, so Luke and Leia's relationship is a bit cozy!
