There's nothing quite like a Cuppa Soup. My fave is tomato.
A relatively new experience for me, I don't recall cup soups as a kid.
Like a spaceship powdered meal, It's fun to make them in the garden with Junior using a camping stove to heat the water. A camping thing too.
Do you cuppa soup?
What's it called where you are?

Yup a go to meal was a tomato cupa soup and a plain cheese sandwich on white bread from the local bakery, perfection 👌
ReplyDeleteDo it again MJ! You know you want to!
DeleteCup a Soup were around in the UK when we were teenagers, I think, Woodsy.
ReplyDeleteWe thought they were OK, but a bit slimey, so used to call them 'Gip a Cup' !
Ha ha, I like that. Gip a Cup. I suppose they were and are a bit slimy 😂
DeleteChecking online, Cup a Soup was introduced in the UK in 1972, by Batchelors.
ReplyDeleteAh, they were a great all male group, the Batchelors. One of the first boy bands. Who would have thought they'd had time to release a range of instant powdered soups as well Mish 😂
