DeleteKewpie is Japanese mayo.A little different in taste(a little more tart)and a little thicker in texture.In my opinion,can be used like the mayo were used to.Probably good on fries!

DeleteBlack pepper and mayonnaise on chips is the best, I first came across this at a festival we played in Walldorf, i had a Jerry Seinfeld moment with a girl who managed to get mayo up her arms, in her hair, god it was all over her, needless to say the relationship didn't go any further than the mayo on chips, that said it hasn't put me off partaking in this culinary excellence 😀
